Stay away from here!

We had a terrible experience! The staff was hard to find and rude when I tried to address my issues. Our room was dirty, with holes and stains everywhere. The TV didn't work right either. Breakfast was okay, but there were ants everywhere! Seriously, the lack of cleanliness and service is why you shouldn't book a stay here.

It was just a balanced option for a quick weekend visit in Billings with reasonable value. The pool was okay but could use better cleanliness, smelling more like BO than chlorine. Try to plan your breakfast early as the buffet runs out quickly.

I stayed here for two nights and loved how close Norm Schoenthal Island is, perfect for a peaceful stroll and enjoying nature, while nearby Riverfront Park offered beautiful scenery and walking paths that made my city explorations enjoyable. I appreciated the cozy king suite I stayed in, ideal for a single traveler looking to relax after a day of walking, but I wish housekeeping had refreshed my towels during my stay.
